July 2022 patch update rolled out for the Galaxy Note 10 Lite

Samsung thankfully hasn’t sacrificed a crisp AMOLED display in the cost-cutting exercise. You still get a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED display with a Full-HD+ (1080×2400 pixel) resolution and HDR support. However, this phone does not sport an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner like the Galaxy Note 10+, instead, it has a standard CMOS fingerprint scanner.

The frame of the Galaxy Note 10 Lite feels like metal and gets cold to the touch in an air-conditioned room. The power and volume buttons are on the right and are fairly reachable when holding the device in hand. On the left, you’ll find the Galaxy Note 10 Lite’s SIM tray. It has a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm headphone jack, loudspeaker grille, and the S Pen silo on the bottom. The inclusion of a 3.5mm headphone socket is surprising since the Galaxy S10 Lite doesn’t have one. The only thing on the top is a secondary microphone.

After some devices received the July 2022 patch now the Galaxy Note 10 Lite joins this list. Recently, the Note 10 and Note 10+ owners received the same update. In this build, Samsung didn’t mention a single detail of this update. However, as we know, the security patch update basically improved the device’s stability and enhancement.

This software update comes in France with the build number N770FXXS8GVF4. Samsung’s July 2022 security patch fixes over 50 privacy and security vulnerabilities. The update could also bring general bug fixes and better device stability.

Owners of the Galaxy Note 10 Lite can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.

Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you to download it over WIFI so that you will not face any errors.
