Polestar 3 pricing announced

Polestar is about to launch its first electric SUV Polestar 3. Polestar CEO Thomas Ingenlath told the media that the price of this model will be 7.5 Between 10,000 euros and 110,000 euros.

Ingenlath also said: “This is an SUV that everyone will love, plus it has excellent aerodynamics and provides a very good driving experience. This is not a car for sending children to kindergarten. ”

The Polestar 3 will be built at Volvo Cars’ new U.S. plant near Charleston, South Carolina, alongside Volvo’s new flagship SUV, both of which will use the all-new SPA2 all-electric platform. The platform supports dual motors and a larger battery, which allows the Polestar 3 to have a cruising range of 600 kilometers under WLTP conditions.

Polestar sees the SUV as an electric competitor to the Porsche Cayenne and will release the model in October this year when orders will also open, but the company has yet to announce deliveries of the Polestar 3 date, with deliveries not expected until at least the first quarter of 2023.

In addition to the Polestar 3, the company will release the Polestar 4 in 2023, the new model will be the Porsche Macan, and Polestar also plans to launch the Polestar 5 in 2024.
