The Samsung Galaxy Buds are certainly among the best wireless earbuds. Not just for all those physical and hardware components that make the earphones comfortable to wear, recharge quickly and offer a high-quality audio experience.
As for the software, all those features and settings can be activated and modified from the app, so as to have a personalized and tailored experience. Too bad, however, that for some users being able to use the Galaxy Buds app has become a nightmare in recent days.
Samsung Galaxy Buds app keeps crashing – here’s how to try to fix it
Samsung forums and Reddit pages are full of reports from users complaining about the inability to use the Galaxy Buds app due to sudden and continuous crashes. The problem would be hitting owners of Samsung Galaxy Buds and Buds Pro, some of which would display these errors even when the earbuds are not in use.
The problem does not seem to be specific to smartphones, although most of the reports have come from those who own devices such as Samsung such as Galaxy S22, Galaxy Note 20 and Galaxy S20 Ultra.
It is likely that in the next few hours the problem will also affect the applications that manage other Samsung headsets: according to some sources, in fact, the first reports began to arrive also for the Galaxy Buds 2 and the Galaxy Buds Live.
On the other hand, there are still no official communications from Samsung, although according to a forum moderator, the Korean giant will soon release an update that will solve this problem. Meanwhile, if you are also experiencing these problems you could try reinstalling the app (version 4.1.22051251) as an alternative solution.
