Mario Strikers: Battle League Football, update 1.1.0 available, adds Daisy and Shy Guy

As promised earlier this week, Nintendo released Mario Strikers: Battle League Football Update 1.1.0. The update introduces the contents of Pack 1, including two new characters, and makes a number of changes and corrections.

According to the official update notes, which you can view in full at this address (at the moment they are only available in English), Daisy and Shy Guy fans have been added as playable characters, as well as the “Desert Ruin” stadium. and the “Knight” equipment set.

In addition, the number of items displayed in Strikers Club notifications has been increased and some changes and corrections have been made. In particular, the chances of scoring a goal with a weak shot from the long-range have been reduced, as well as the one that stars appear if a player is losing by a 1 or 2 points difference.

The CPU behavior in Cup Battles has also been changed, an issue with Waluigi’s shots fixed, and a number of unspecified balance changes and fixes made. Mario Strikers: Battle League is available on Nintendo Switch since June 10th.
