Samsung is one of the most popular smartphone & consumer electronic brands in the world. While it utilizes multiple operating systems, this South Korean firm is known mainly for its Android-powered Galaxy series.
Samsung Galaxy A42 is a quality device offering massive storage space, a powerful Li-ion battery with Quick Charging Technology, an on-screen fingerprint sensor and 5G network support. However, the 4GB RAM featured by the device and its hybrid SIM slot might not be convenient for all.
Now the South Korean tech firm has started pushing out July 2021 patch update with version number A426BXXS3DVF3 and has been spotted in European countries, including France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, the Czech Republic, the Netherlands, and the UK. The July 2021 update includes dozens of fixes from Google and 50 fixes from Samsung to improve the privacy and security aspects of the smartphone.
If you have the Galaxy A42 5G, then you can check the latest update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you to download it over WIFI so that you will not face any errors.
