Samsung join hands with iFixit to launches self-repair program for Galaxy devices

Samsung has joined hands with iFixit for a self-repair program. This service currently live in the US. Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S20 and the Galaxy Tab S7+ device owners can purchase repair kits.

Meantime, the users who repair their devices themself can purchase genuine parts and repair tools, available through iFixit and Samsung retail and service outlets, at the same prices as Samsung’s affiliated repair providers.

Furthermore, the users who repair their devices themselves have full access to an online repair guide. Samsung says are helpful and educational, with both visual and written step-by-step guides. Basically, a good thing, although I would like to know how many people actually repair their devices themselves.
