Recently there were reports that the Apple Studio Display shows sound problems with some users. These could be remedied by restarting the monitor. Apple is now distributing version 15.5 build 19F80 of the software for the display.
The update should be installable immediately, unfortunately, Apple didn’t include a changelog, so it’s not known if the audio playback issue has been addressed. If you are affected, you can tell in the comments whether it got better after installing the new firmware.
