Google testing pinch-to-zoom feature for YouTube

Today the latest report has come out from Google that Google is bringing a new feature to its most popular video giant YouTube. Talking about this feature, you can zoom any part of the YouTube video in the coming time, but the bad news is that this feature will probably be only for paid members.

Pinch to zoom on YouTube

It’s not a pinch feature like some Google Pixel phones have, you do have to pinch the video player with two fingers to zoom in or out.

With the help of your finger, you can pinch to zoom in on specific parts of a video and scroll through the video feed. You can also pinch a video to dilate it to the full width of your smartphone screen. The main advantage of this new feature is that you can better view a specific part of a video.

Talking about the YouTube premium plan, this subscription offers you to watch videos without ads, download videos and play videos in the background for a fixed monthly fee. But they can also try new features that Google is working on for a limited time. Pinch-to-zoom is also part of this, and that feature will be available until September 1. Often these experimental features are implemented after the test period.
