As per the Android Police report, the Telegram beta app v8.9.0 offers to send multiple stickers as a response, with the ability to select them from multiple packs and add text as well.
You can add these animated emojis to any message and there is no limit to adding them. Let us tell you that there is no need to be overjoyed because this feature was seen by a premium user of Telegram, so it is obvious that this feature will be available only for paid users.
On the other hand, the free version of Telegram currently offers only 17 emojis for reactions, while all the others require the Premium version.
