One UI 5.0 Wi-Fi developer option revealed

Recently, Samsung released the One UI 5.0 Beta update for the Galaxy S22 series in Germany and then sometime later the same update was rolled out in the US and South Korea. In this update, Samsung has tried its best to make One UI 5.0 much better than previous updates. One more thing to keep in mind, if you live in China then good news for the Chinese users, today, Ice Universe revealed that Samsung plans to release One UI 5.0 in China on August 22-2022.

According to the latest report shared by some users, the new Wi-Fi developer option appeared in One UI 5.0. Users need to tap Intelligent Wi-Fi ten times in a row in Settings > Wi-Fi > Intelligent Wi-Fi (smart Wi-Fi). -Fi version, you can turn this option on.

As you can see from the image below, various diagnostic views are available in the Wi-Fi developer options, allowing users to understand the quality of the device’s connection to the Wi-Fi network it is actively using, as well as the reception of neighboring networks.

Users can also track historical data graphs around all measured activity or just activity recorded from the router or app. These tools can be used to track, for example, the amount of data an app is processing in the background, or to help developers find app network issues.
