Pixel Launcher lost a feature in the move from At First Sight to the new live view. Now the commuter information is back. As the first users noticed, you can now toggle a switch for “commuting” in the live display settings. Here, Google informs commuters in the widget on the start and lock screen what the traffic situation is like before work starts and how this affects the duration of the journey.
Live display on Google Pixel: commute option was lost in the meantime
Weaving is now back in Live View settings and automatically enabled. That must have happened over the past few days. It certainly makes sense that all Google apps are up to date.
What is new now compared to earlier is the separation of “time to leave” and “commuting”. These two functions were once combined, but in the meantime, “swinging” had even been completely lost.
