Google Two-factor authentication doesn’t need to drag

For now, Security is very important for our data which we save data and access over the internet. Through two-factor authentication (2FA) we just strengthen our data and overall account security. On social media where millions of users put their credentials for login accounts to search for information, post images and connect to others, and businesses also, only through password login it does not save without any backup. This second authentication method is reliable, if you think it’s not that secure now Google tells you that with two-factor authentication secure your account and don’t need to worry about security.

Steps of two-factor authentication:

  • First when you login into the new device after entering your ID and password. Google sent your a code to your mobile number which is linked with your account and confirms your identity. The company asks questions if it’s not you then report it or continue login in with a one-time generated code.
  • Second, after receiving the code you just enter your login screen and then just see your account dashboard.

Google took help from drag personality Trixie Mattel to encourage people to use this two-factor authentication. This promotion of security through the company’s Safer with Google initiative. This sends a notification to know your approval for login right now or not. Trixie also collaborated with Google before also in February, she appears in YouTube short video showcasing the “Google Security Checkup” feature, which scans your account and fixes bugs if any occur.

Other actors also promote google security like Josh Peck, Drake& Josh, Bretman Rock, and Safiya Nygaard. The company’s primary purpose is that 2FA will be familiar to users who use it. The company started a security approach last year that was “force-enabling 2FA upon many users”, but it needs more additions. If you really want to provide security to your web account, just use 2FA.
