Here Tangor means codename of Pixel Tablet. The same code explains that the 64-bit-only build of Android 13 may be needed to reduce memory usage. It means 32-bit apps won’t be supported on this tablet.

In Apple iOS 10.3.2 supported 32-bit applications and running Android still supports 32-bit applications. In starting of August 2021 Company direct developers that serve apps without 64-bit versions on 64-bit supported devices so they can’t be available to the Play store.
