Recently, we were informed that Google released a fresh version update for the Google Camera for smartphones that brings Material You design. The Material You Design is a design system containing a series of guidelines, components, and tools to help designers and developers build consistent user experiences across multiple endpoints on the OS. Google announced Material You at the I/O Conference in May 2021.
Now, Google released the same Google Camera update for its Wear OS users with the same version number as smartphones. The Google Camera app for Wear OS comes with the latest version number 8.6.263.463689965.13.
In this update, Google brings Material You design that experience a new interface with dynamic colors and components from Google’s Material You design system and also fixes general bugs and made some improvements.
