Windows 11 22H2 will be called Windows 11 2022 Update

Microsoft is planning to introduce the latest Windows 11 22H2 update for its users in September or October of this year. In this update, we can see the latest innovations, and top features and also the update is more bug-free. But now, Microsoft didn’t even announce the latest update’s name and did not give us a release date.

We can only guess what its name will be, according to some sources, this update may come under the name of Version 22H2 and un Valley 2/SV2. A Microsoft app has given us a hint that Microsoft will probably launch this update as Windows 11 2022 Update. As you can see in the screenshot below, a promotional message appears when the Getting Started app is opened.

The message pop-up is – You’re now running the Windows 11 2022 Update, read on to discover new features and set it up to your liking.

But when the button is clicked, the app doesn’t provide additional details of this update. But we cannot say with certainty that Microsoft will launch the next version update of its Windows with the same name. Microsoft previously confirmed that Build 22621 is the RTM/final build of Windows 11 22H2, and there are reports that the update could roll out as early as September 20 for the first wave of devices.

As with all previous feature updates, it will be rolled out to new hardware first in Windows Update, which users can download by clicking the Download/Install button. These users are officially considered “explorers,” those who are willing to try an update before it rolls out automatically. Microsoft may plan to accelerate the rollout in October and November as it gets more feedback from early adopters.
