Verizon released the current month’s update August 2022 security patch to its Galaxy A51 device in the US. This update might include general bug fixes and device stability improvements. This update rolled out for the unlocked Galaxy A51 model.
Samsung’s August 2022 patch update fixes over 50 privacy and security-related vulnerabilities and exploits from Google and Samsung. As per the report, this software update comes with the build number A516VSQU5EVG2.
Note:
- Make sure to connect your device to a Wi-Fi network or it has a strong Verizon wireless network connection.
- Your device battery must be fully charged before starting the software update.
Owners of the Galaxy A51 can receive notification of this update. By chance you don’t receive an update notification then check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.
Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you to download it over WIFI so that you will not face any errors.
