The latest updates creating bugs on OnePlus Nord and OnePlus 9 series

OnePlus recently unveiled its latest OxygenOS 13 update based on Android 13. Some devices have also received the OxygenOS 13 closed and open beta updates. The update that OnePlus has launched in the last few days is causing problems for many devices. We are seeing daily on the OnePlus forums that users are sharing their problems that are happening after the latest update. Today, we will tell you about the problems that are coming after the latest updates to the OnePlus Nord and the OnePlus 9 series.

OnePlus Nord:

There are 3 issues on OnePlus Nord after the Android 12 update. You can check the complete detail below.

  • Keep getting a message that says “click to draw over apps” but this happens probably every 10 mins or so. When it appears (could be while typing or just reading something) it either shows a black screen when it’s removed or the keyboard disappears. To fix it you need to press the home button and return to the app.
  • Performance Issues – Generally freezes doing things it used to be done doing
  • Removed ringtone, wallpaper, time, alarms and loads of other settings

Note: OnePlus didn’t comment on these types of issues yet, but we hope that the issues are fixed soon.

OnePlus 9 Hanging Issue:

Since the last Android 12 update, a user in the OnePlus forums shared that his OnePlus 9 hangs a lot and his phone is running very slowly even when he is launching any apps. The OnePlus 9 Pro is a very expensive phone, but it is a very poor device from the point of view of performance.

OnePlus 9R Green/Pink Line & Battery Drain/Heating Issue:

Recently, OnePlus released the OxygenOS 13 Closed Beta update for the OnePlus 9R device in India. A lot of users in the OnePlus forums have complained that their OnePlus 9R is showing a green and pink line on the display since the Android 12 update, and some users have reported that ever since the latest update has been put on the OnePlus 9R, the battery is draining very quickly and the phone is heating up too much.

Well, OnePlus should fix these bugs as soon as possible because OnePlus devices are very expensive, and when a user purchases such an expensive phone, they expects a rich performance, not these types of bugs.
