[Update: More Details Leaked] One UI 5.1 is on the way with the Galaxy S23 Ultra

Today, Ice Universe leaked some main highlights of the upcoming Galaxy S23 series on two different platforms. First, Ice Universe revealed design details about the Galaxy S23 Ultra on Weibo, revealing that the width of the middle frame has increased this time.

Second, Ice Universe shared internal information about the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23+ on Twitter. The leaker claims that the Galaxy S23 and Galaxy S23 Plus come with the same design, middle frame, same screen, the same sensor, the same camera, and the same battery as the Galaxy S22. Earlier, there were reported that the Galaxy S23 Ultra will use Qualcomm’s 3D Sonic Max ultrasonic fingerprint sensor for more stability on IDs. Also, the Galaxy S23 Ultra codename and model number leaked – The codename is DM3 and the model number of S23 Ultra is SM-S918.

Today, the well-known tipster Ice Universe revealed some details of the Galaxy S23 Ultra. The tipster said that the Galaxy S23 Ultra size is almost unchanged from that of the S22 Ultra with only an increase of 0.1~0.2mm.

The Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with a 5000mAh battery which is capable to use 1/5 day. The device thickness is 8.9mm and still uses a 6.8-inch 3088×1440 screen. Samsung this time uses Snapdragon 8Gen2 + for its upcoming flagship device.

One more thing, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra comes with the pre-installed One UI 5.1 which is basically based on Android 13. There is not a single detail about the One UI 5.1 update but if Ice Universe says then it will be possible. Let’s see what happens in near future.
