On Android tablets Google Drive introduces circular Material You widgets

Recently, Google announced that they are working on changing widgets for Android tablets. Now, Google released an interesting new circular shape for Material You in Google Drive. To start quickly new documents in Docs, Sheets, or Slides, the company updated the Drive quick actions shortcuts. This new feature replaces the plus icon which places at the bottom creation sheet.

This new shortcut integrated with others to fast open Google Drive, search, upload, and launch the camera. Everything is set in a 3×2 configuration by default. The widgets of Google drive now circle which is similar to the rotary dial. This is a circular shape for Material You widgets, and the previous one is in the x-shape (or flower petal). That’s attention-gaining and only used when there need for many apps’ shortcuts.

This new circular shape of widgets you will find with version 2.22.357.1 of Google Drive. This new circular shape does not appear on Android phones. Below mention the portrait and landscape views of widgets.
