The Galaxy A23 getting September 2022 security patch update

Samsung recently released the Galaxy A23 device in some markets. It comes with the latest design and an eye-catching camera setup. Earlier, we made an article that the Galaxy S22 series in some countries received the latest September 2022 patch update.

Samsung rapidly sending monthly patch updates to its devices and not forgetting the UI update is the main highlight of this week. Samsung’s September 2022 patch update rolled out for the all company’s all flagship series and some mid-range also grabbed this opportunity.

Now, the Galaxy A23 gains the same firmware update in Singapore and other countries would probably get the update within the next few days. As per the report, this software update comes on build number A236EXXU2AVI1. It brings fixes for dozens of privacy and security-related vulnerabilities. The update could also include general bug fixes and device stability improvements.

According to Samsung’s September 2022, security patch details brings bring 21 high levels of CVEs and 3 moderate levels and also fixes 24 vulnerabilities found in Samsung smartphones and tablets.

How To Update:

  • Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon.
  • Swipe to and then tap Software update or System updates. It will vary between models.
  • Tap Download and install, or Check for system updates. If an update is available it should begin downloading automatically, although you may need to tap Download now on some devices.
  • When the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
