Samsung seems to change its plan for its new foldable device shipments. Earlier, it was told to ship 10 million units and now according to the new report, Samsung is planning to ship 8 million units of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 by the end of this year. Samsung launched its fourth generation foldable phones – the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Flip 4 with the latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chips.
The starting price of the device was set at 12999 Yuan and 7499 Yuan. Samsung Europe CMO Benjamin Braun previously said at IFA 2022 that the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 have “doubled” shipments of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Galaxy Z Flip 4 in continental Europe compared to the previous models, namely the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Z Flip 3.

As compared to the 7.1 million Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 / Flip3 folding screen mobile phones sold in the same period last year, the forecasted Galaxy Z Fold4 / Flip4 folding screen mobile phone sales achieved a 13% increase.
