iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max restart intermittently when charging via MagSafe or Lightning

Apple recently unveiled its iPhone 14 series and the sale of the iPhone 14, iPhone 14 Plus, iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max breaks the previous records. Recently, some iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max users reported about the camera shake issue and after some time Apple released the iOS 16.0.2 update and solved this annoying bug.

Although we all know that the battery of the iPhone has been the cause of the problem since the beginning because the battery of the iPhone gets drained very quickly but this time Apple has upgraded the battery in the iPhone 14 Pro Max. But the problem we are going to talk about is not related to the battery.

According to the latest report, some iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max users reported that whenever the user charges his iPhone via MagSafe or Lightning, the device turns on intermittently. On the well-known social media Reddit, some users also posted the iPhone 14 Pro randomly restarting while charging.

The User Said:

After a few days of frustration I also noticed a kind of pattern, this only happens when the battery is charging between 90-95% (specifically 93%) and the phone is idle. (…) and the only thing working for me so far (two nights so far without reboot) is Disabling Background App Refresh.

Another user said that the same issue is here, 14 Pro Max on iOS 16.0.1. Restarts every 10-20 minutes while charging. Also noticed that when it restarts itself, any messages or calls I received will have the number unsaved even though it’s in my contacts.
