Samsung released the current month’s patch update for some of its smartphones including the Galaxy A51, Galaxy S22 series other Galaxy devices. As per the report, Samsung now released the same software update for the Galaxy A53.

The latest September 2022 security patch update for the Galaxy A53 rolled out in the US. According to the latest report, this update is available for both carrier-locked and unlocked variants and the update comes with the build number A536USQU3AVH1 and A536U1UES4AVH4 respectively.

The September 2022 patch brings 21 high levels of CVEs and 3 moderate levels and also fixes 24 vulnerabilities found in Samsung smartphones and tablets. The latest September 2022 security patch update is available on AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Comcast, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Xfinity Mobile.

How To Update:

  • Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon.
  • Swipe and then tap Software update or System updates. It will vary between models.
  • Tap Download and install, or Check for system updates. If an update is available it should begin downloading automatically, although you may need to tap Download now on some devices.
  • When the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
