According to the info, this new S21 FE 5G OTA update comes with the build number G990EXXU3CVI8, the update size is 240MB. Samsung’s official changelog mentions improved security, thanks to the inclusion of the October 2022 security patch. It also claims that the stability of the phone has been improved.

How To Update:

Using two fingers, swipe down from the top of the screen, and then tap the Settings icon.
Swipe to and then tap Software update or System updates. It will vary between models.
Tap Download and install, or Check for system updates. If an update is available it should begin downloading automatically, although you may need to tap Download now on some devices.
When the download is complete, follow the on-screen instructions to install the update.
