Android Auto rapidly getting updates to improve the user experience. Now it received a redesign and gets a huge change to the platform.
According to the latest report from 9To5Google, the main change is ditching the persistent, glanceable weather icon in Android Auto’s status bar but don’t worry it is now fixed on the original look.

It shows up with a card that showed up on the home screen all of the time. The information is officially confirmed by the support forum page of Google.
Also, the bad news is the Weather icon is gone in the platform’s redesign. Instead, there’s now a bottom bar that shows apps or widgets as well as holding a shortcut to show your notifications.
