After the December 2022 security patch and Pixel Feature Drop, Google immediately released the first OTA update for the Google Pixel Watch. The latest update for the Pixel Watch didn’t include any new features, it only include four fixes/enhancements. This update should be an on-device OTA from Settings app > System > System updates.
