Gran Turismo 7 update 1.27 rolled out

Gran Turismo 7 is a racing simulation video game developed by Polyphony Digital and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. The game is the eighth mainline installment in the Gran Turismo series.

Today, Polyphony Digital released a new update for its Gran Turismo 7 with version number 1.27. The latest update added 5 new cars and the Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo will be purchasable from “Brand Central” from December 23rd. You can check the complete release notes which is mentioned below.

Gran Turismo 7 Patch 1.27 Release Notes:

Main features introduced

1. Cars
– The following five cars have been added:
・Alfa Romeo Giulia GTAm ’20
・Bugatti Chiron ’16
・Chevrolet Corvette C8 Stingray ’20
・Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo
・Toyota Celica GT-FOUR Rally Car (ST205) ’95 ( purchasable from December 15th at “Legendary cars”)

The Ferrari Vision Gran Turismo will be purchasable from “Brand Central” from December 23rd. Players who answered the question correctly on day 4 of the “Spectator Giveaways” campaign during the World Finals will have access to the car from December 15th.

2. Café
– The following two extra menus have been added:
・Extra Menu 14: Collection:
・Extra Menu 15: Collection: Bugatti (from Collector Level 43)

The new Menu challenges and Extra Menus will appear after completing the Menu challenge 39 (Championship: World GT) and viewing its ending sequence.

3. World Circuits
– The following new events have been added to “World Circuits”:
・Nürburgring
– European Clubman Cup 600
・Mount Panorama Racing Circuit
– American Clubman Cup 700
・Autodromo di Monza
– Hypercar Parade

4. Scapes
– The Location” Norway” has been added as a section of Scapes.

Other improvements and changes

1. Multiplayer
– Fixed an issue that erroneously caused the message “Abandoning the race may lower your ratings.” on Exiting
Lobbies – Fixed an issue that could cause game performance to drop when playing multiple races without exiting the room in the lobby.

2. Controller Steering Wheels
– Fixed an issue that caused the clutch pedal to become unresponsive on the ’18 BMW M2 Competition with the “Customizable Manual Gear Ratio” option selected.

3. Audio
– Fixed an issue where the sound of the engine of the car used was incorrectly reproduced.

4. Other
– Several other issues have been fixed.
