Google removing turn off wireless toggle in Android Auto

Android Auto has been improved a lot by Google. To recall, Google started Coolwalk UI testing in November 2022, with the big G finally announcing a stable release in January this year.

Recently, the company released Android Auto 8.7 to the public through the Play Store, but sadly, it does not bring the new Coolkwalk redesign.

Earlier, Android Auto supports wireless connections but now according to the information, the company is looking to remove the toggle that made it easy to turn off wireless Android Auto in the latest app update.

The change will be seen on Android Auto version 8.7. The toggle was visible under the “System” section directly above the option to turn off Google Analytics. The change is also in place on Android Auto 8.8, which is available to some beta program participants.
