More and more mobile phone manufacturers have extended the service life of mobile phones ever since Samsung promoted it vigorously by upgrading its update policy. OnePlus has also involved itself in this race.
Pete Lau, the CEO of OnePlus company today tweeted on his official Twitter handle that the OnePlus 11 is the first flagship product to support 4 Android versions and 5 years of security updates.
Simply put, the OnePlus 11 will receive four version updates of Android 14, Android 15, Android 16, and Android 17, and can receive security updates for 5 years. As we know, OnePlus 11 is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip, which is equipped with LPDDR5X memory and UFS4.
