First, the bottom bar now uses a component from the Material Design 3 library, with the task creation button on the right and all other elements on the left. Second, all the bottom pop-up dialogs got more rounded edges. The window for choosing a light or dark theme was also updated.
Calendar and Time Pickers components have also been updated. This change became available with the new version of the Google Task app v.2023.01.30.50551367.0-release.
The change was announced as part of the January Google Play system updates and is now widely rolled out to users. When you open any of your passwords, you’ll see a new ‘add a note’ field. The Password Manager is available from Google’s autofill settings or from your Chrome browser settings.
