The Wear OS is all set to get a new update and it will be the first major update after version 3.0 launched in 2021. We hope to see a new change and the context of Android 14. According to the latest report, it may be a Wear OS 4 version.
Some reports even claim that the Wear OS 4 is based on Android 13, skipping Android 12. In addition, in the future, Wear OS will be able to obtain data from the environmental context of the connected devices.
Now a fresh leak revealed that the upcoming Wear OS 4 will get Material You design with dynamic colors.
The wearable may need to be running Wear OS 4 based on Android 13 for this to work, however.
2) Under the Settings.Clockwork namespace, there’s a new DYNAMIC_COLOR_THEME_ENABLED value, suggesting Android 13-based Wear OS 4 will support dynamic coloring.
