Because there are so many different smartphone models, mobile phone combinations, connectors, and vehicles that can damage the software, Android Auto is an extremely fragile product. That is why Google keeps track of known problems and their status as they are processed.
VW confesses to issues
This is a new status, in which only the top or first point, in my opinion, has been added. According to the developers’ comments, there are no issues with Android Auto and select smartphone models in Volkswagen Group automobiles (VW, Seat, Skoda). It stated that an update is in process.
