The Audi Q4 e-tron now accepts OTA upgrades

In 2023, the Audi Q4 e-tron (and Audi Q4 e-tron Sportback) will finally catch up to Volkswagen’s cheaper MEB models and will be able to receive OTA updates. This is an abbreviation for “over the air,” and it is available starting with version 3.2.

According to Audi, this will now be provided for all models beginning with the first series manufacturing run, and new models beginning in 2023 (calendar week 8) will be given with the new software. Audi has streamlined even more features in the new edition, such as the Plug & Charge option.

Audi may be Volkswagen AG’s luxury brand, and the Q4 may be the most costly MEB model, but when it comes to software, VW and the ID range are the focus.
