The first set of Google Pixel 8 renders out

Following the Google Pixel 8 Pro, insider OnLeaks (via My Smartprice) has published renders of the Google Pixel 8. The device looks almost identical to the Pixel 7 but features more rounded corners and a smaller size.

The Pixel 8 will have a display diagonal of about 5.8 inches (versus 6.3 in the Pixel 7). The screen will remain flat and will have a notch in the upper center area. The phone will measure approximately 150.5 x 70.8 x 8.9 mm (12 mm including camera protrusion).

The antenna stripes on the frame suggest that the phone will come with a metal body.

It looks like Google is going to show off the Pixel 8 and 8 Pro at the spring Google I/O 2023 conference, just like last year, and the devices themselves will go on sale in the second half of 2023.
