A new 200-megapixel sensor is being created by Samsung for the Galaxy S24 Ultra

A 200-megapixel camera was used in Samsung’s most recent Galaxy S23 Ultra, giving the device respectable photographic performance.

According to the latest reports, Samsung plans to keep using a 200-megapixel sensor on the Galaxy S24 Ultra in order to improve the image capabilities of the company’s flagship models. Samsung will instead construct a 200-megapixel sensor for the Galaxy S24 Ultra instead of using the company’s existing 200-megapixel sensor, which has inferior overall image performance.

The Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra’s telephoto camera will also receive an upgrade; it is anticipated to support 150x magnification and come with a variable zoom mode.
