But now users say that this problem is no longer troubling them, it seems that Apple has fixed this problem in macOS 13.3 update. Apple recently launched the macOS 13.3 RC preview/public beta which introduces new emojis including pink heart, light blue heart, left and right hands, moose, blackbird, swan, feather, jellyfish and more.

The latest Safari Technical Preview version 16.4 is compatible with devices running macOS 13 Ventura and macOS 12 Monterey. But, Safari Technical Preview 166 is no longer works on macOS Big Sur.
