Rumor: Google Pixel Fold may have more battery than Galaxy Z Fold 4

At the upcoming Google I/O 2023 event Pixel Fold will introduce on May 10. The Pixel Fold’s charging information and battery capacity have recently been leaked. As per the latest report, the Pixel Fols will have a larger battery than the Galaxy Z Fold 4.

The key specifications of the foldable phone, which match some of the previously leaked information, have been uploaded by tipster Togesh Brar. Let’s take a look at the features and other details of Pixel Fold.

Google Pixel Fold features

The company’s first foldable phone, the Google Pixel Fold, will be available in the US and other markets. There are several leaks about its features before the Pixel Fold launch.

As per news from Brar, the phone will have a 4500mAh battery inside. The Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4’s battery capacity is smaller. In addition, Brar disclosed that the foldable phone will support 23W fast charging. It is far-fetched that Google will pack a charger in the case as the Pixel 7 series likewise doesn’t accompany one packaged with the retail unit.

Pixel Fold has an outer display that will support a 120Hz refresh rate, a 17:9 aspect ratio, and a 408 PPi pixel density. The leak also revealed that the 7.6-inch foldable display of the Pixel Fold will have a resolution of 2208 x 1840 pixels and a 6:5 aspect ratio.

The main camera of the PIxel Fold will have 48 megapixels and support optical image stabilization. Additionally, there will be two 10.8MP sensors for telephoto and ultra-wide shots. The ultra-wide camera will have a field view of 121.1 degrees, while th telephoto camera will support an optical zoom of up to 5 times.

The Google Pixel Fold is said to have two storage options when it launches. The base model will offer 12GB RAM and 256 storage, which could be evaluated at $1,799.

Lastly, the foldable phone will be available in a 12GB + 512GB version for $1919. The Pixel Fold will be released in the colors Chalk and Obsidian.
