Samsung is bringing the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5 into the market, with a revealed release date at the end of July. Last year, Samsung facilitated a launch of the Galaxy Z Fold 4 and Z Flip 4 on August 10, the month about days after this proposed date for the 2023 occasion.
Google is planning to release the Pixel Fold at Google I/O one month from now in front of launch in June, and OnePlus is likewise launching its first foldable at some point in July or August. By moving the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Z Flip 5’s release date to July, Samsung keeps the company closer to those launches rather than following them all.
Lastly, this year Samsung will bring the Galaxy Watch 6 with a new chip, a new line of Galaxy Tab S9 tablets, new earbuds, and the company’s Galaxy SmartTag tracker all expected at the next Unpacked event.
