Android users get ease when they update last week with Android 14 Beta 1.1 which reduces some issues. Now, some other issues come with the new Google Messages beta update which affects RCS users.

When some Google Messages users update their app to recent version 20230428_01_RC00 so they experience app crashes over and over on Pixel phones. When the Pixel 7 Pro user tries to launch the Google Messages app it crashes and launches with a dark grey theme which hard to read the conversation.
If you want to use the app properly then you need to tap the app icon and tap uninstall update then back previous version. After that, you still facing previous version issues or you can use the latest stable version where you face fewer issues or maybe not.
At last, this only occurs on Android 14 beta users and Android 13 stable users easily use this new Google Messages update. In the coming weeks, the company will provide this issue’s fix.
