Recently, in the Google Home app, better support has been added for smart home devices like climate devices and to control garage doors.
In the Google Home app, there is access to the garage door controls for a few weeks. This support enables the user to open or close their garage door with gear at the push of a button and a big on/off toggle shared by a Reddit user lately.
The garage door openers have long been shown, but they won’t work accessible in the app. Users prefer Google Assistant voice command to open/close garage doors. The voice command worked for all garage doors but it opened a little bit more.
Finally, some other features are also released by the Google Home app like the “Inbox” feature as well as better lighting controls and bring better support for cameras and Wear OS app enhancements.
