There are several ways to unlock your smartphone and some people prefer fingerprint sensors. On Pixel 6 and Pixel 7 series’ fingerprint sensors sometimes work properly and sometimes it won’t. After fingerprinting won’t work ask to unlock your phone with a PIN. Reddit users got some way to resolve this issue.
A month ago some Pixel users faced problems with unlocking their phone with the fingerprint sensor. After that they unlock their phone with wipe their finger with facial oil then try to unlock then it works. Google did not know about this yet but some other user share comments that they unlock with this trick.
On the other hand, this method works for some and but some, they tell to use moisturizer rather than wiping on their face. This is not the best way and it may be possible other ways also. On Pixel 7 and Pixel 7 Pro, the company enhances the sensor more than the previous version but uses the same technology as the previous version.
At last, we are hoping that in upcoming Pixel 8 series will come with the better sensor technology.
