With Android 14, users can personalize their lockscreen by changing the clock styles to app shortcuts for QR scanners, Wallets, flashlights, and more. Now, Google will provide more shortcuts on the lockscreen with Android 14 for Pixel devices.
In th upcoming shortcut feature, users may be not able to select apps fully but they can modify the two shortcuts. For implying this feature they need to hold down the chosen shortcut longer.
The company will provide access to Google Home on the left and Google Wallet on the right on the phone. This setting may be different on tablets and foldables.
Users can set a default app for notes, though they need the official action for creating new notes.
Lastly, it may be new for the Pixel Tablet but not for the Android.
