Samsung Galaxy A12 Nacho grabbed June 2023 patch update

Samsung has recently rolled out the June 2023 security update for its Galaxy A12 Nacho, marking the first time this low-end Galaxy smartphone has received such an update. While Samsung had previously released the new security update for various mid-range and high-end smartphones and tablets, the Galaxy A12 Nacho now joins the lineup.

The latest software update for the Galaxy A12 Nacho introduces firmware version A127FXXU9DWE4. Currently, the update is accessible to users in Russia, with a plan to expand its availability to other countries worldwide in the upcoming weeks. The primary focus of this update is the inclusion of the June 2023 security patch, which addresses over 60 security vulnerabilities discovered in various Galaxy phones and tablets.

If you are a Galaxy A12 Nacho owner residing in Russia, you can effortlessly download the update by navigating to your device’s Settings, selecting Software Update, and tapping on the Download and Install option. Alternatively, if you prefer a manual installation, you can obtain the firmware file from our firmware database and flash it on your device.

The Galaxy A12 Nacho was initially introduced as a modified version of the Galaxy A12, released in select countries two years ago. Sporting Android 11 upon launch, the device received an update to Android 12 last year. Notably, just two months ago, the phone was treated to the Android 13-based One UI 5.1 update, further enhancing its overall performance and user experience.
