Samsung India has officially announced that users who buy the new Galaxy A-Series phone can experience the Awesome loyalty program. It is applicable when you are upgrading to a 5G-compatible Galaxy A-series smartphone from an older Galaxy smartphone.
How to Redeem Samsung Upgrade to Awesome Loyalty Program?
- Open the My Galaxy application on your old Samsung Galaxy device.
- Login to your account if you have not already. If you do not have an account, create a new one.
- The app will show you an offer banner if you have an eligible Galaxy smartphone.
- Tap the banner and follow the on-screen instructions to generate a unique code. Note it down as you will need it later.
- Open the My Galaxy application on your brand-new Samsung Galaxy A-series device.
- Login with the same account that you used on the older device.
- You should see the offer banner in the app which you need to tap.
- The app will authenticate your phone number and IMEI number.
- Enter the code when asked and after successful validation, your free 6-month Samsung Care+ Display Protection coverage will be activated within 48 hours.
As for upgrading, you need to purchase a Galaxy A-series 5G smartphone like the Galaxy A54 5G, Galaxy A34 5G, Galaxy A23 5G, and Galaxy A14 5G. These phones are available with EMI options where you can opt for a tenure of up to 14 months.
