The good news is that before the release of the new Nord 2 machine, the company is re-evaluating CPU throttling measures and is considering providing users with the option of manually turning on or off this optimization mode:

However, there are still some problems with this commitment. On the other hand, this option can only be enabled on OxygenOS 12 devices based on Android 12. According to OnePlus’ own testing and launch schedule, we are likely to wait until later this year.
