TWRP (an acronym for Team Win Recovery Project) is the most popular custom recovery for Android devices. It is a particularly well-known tool in the modding landscape as it is useful for various purposes, from performing complete backups of devices to flashing custom ROMs.
Thanks to the large community, an ever-increasing number of devices are added to the support list and now six more enter the TWRP roster.
TWRP now supports OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro, Nokia 2.2 and other devices
TWRP now has official builds for OnePlus 8, OnePlus 8 Pro, Nokia 2.2, Motorola G9, Samsung Galaxy J4 + and Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite 7.0 with Marvell PXA986 chipset. This is a varied mix of dated and old devices, however, it is surprising that the TWRP for the OnePlus 8 and 8 Pro was not official until recently.
The installation process for TWRP varies by device, but the TWRP and XDA links found in the list below should point you in the right direction.
