Google just released the latest version of the Chrome browser. Chrome’s latest update comes with version number 104.0.5112.101 for Mac and Linux and 104.0.5112.102/101 for Windows.
According to the official report, Chrome developers close 11 security gaps, 6 of these vulnerabilities have a severity rating of “High” and one has a severity rating of “Critical.”
Google is aware that an exploit for the vulnerability, listed under CVE-2022-2856, exists in the wild. This vulnerability has a severity of High. Google does not give exact details, they first want to make sure that a large number of users update to the current version. With this in mind: Just search for the update, carry it out and be on the safe side for now.
