Samsung recently released February 2021 security patch update to the US unlocked Galaxy Note 20 lineup and now the US bounded Galaxy A50 and Galaxy S9 Plus getting a new software update with the build number A505U1UESACUA1 and G965U1UES9FUA1 respectively.

As per the information, the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy S9 Plus users receiving January 2021 security patch update in the US Unlocked carriers (Verizon, Sprint, T-Mobile, AT&T, Virgin Mobile, Tracfone, Bluegrass, and Nextech).

The update fixes most of the security vulnerabilities that have been addressed. It also brings some bug fixes which were available in the previous build.

If you have the Galaxy A50 and Galaxy S9 Plus devices in the US, then you can check the update manually by going to the device Settings >> Software updates >> Download and install.

Note: Before upgrading to the latest version make sure your smartphone is connected with a proper internet connection, we recommend you to download it over WIFI so that you will not face any error.
