Android 12 Developer Preview 1 has been released for some time. The preview version uses a hidden system setting design similar to Samsung One UI. In addition, Android 12 may bring a new design standard called Material Next.
Today, 9to5Google revealed several screenshots of the new Android 12 software. The screenshots show that a series of official Google software has been redesigned to meet the Material Next standard.

Gmail: The redesigned Gmail uses a pill-shaped search bar and a circular Google account avatar.
Play Store: The design of the Play Store has changed a lot, and the appearance is very similar to that seen in Samsung One UI.
Contact: The contacts app has also been redesigned to be more suitable for one-handed operations (left-handed operations).

The current software screenshots do not represent the final form, and Google may adjust the Material Next design standards in a future preview.
