Recently, Xiaomi rolled out Android 11 based software update for Mi 10S and now the company again rolled out Android 11 based software update in China with many new features.
The latest software update comes with the build number V12.0.8.0RGACNXM and the size package of this update is 3.8GB. You can check the complete changelog which is mention below.
Mi 10S Changelog:
System
- Optimization: Full screen gestures are now ignored on the Lock screen alarm page.
Control center
- New: Swipe down from the upper left corner to open Notification shade and from the upper right corner to open Control center.
- New: Animation that illustrates tapping a bigger card.
- New: An option that allows you to restrict opening Control center while on the Lock screen.
- Optimization: Control center is now closed by incoming calls.
- Optimization: Control center layout in landscape mode.
- Fix: Control center wasn’t always displayed correctly in landscape mode.
Lock screen
- Fix: The screen flashed after the device was unlocked in Reading mode.
Status bar, Notification shade
- New: Permanent Lock screen notifications in the DND mode.
- New: An option to switch between connected devices in the notification about media playback.
- Fix: Some notification icons couldn’t be displayed.

Mi 10S 5G sports a 6.67-inch full HD+ curved AMOLED display with 2,340 x 1,080 pixels resolution, Corning Gorilla Glass 5 layer, 90Hz refresh rate, 19.5:9 aspect ratio, HDR10+, 1120nits brightness, P3 wide colour field, a punch-hole cutout to house the selfie camera and a 180Hz touch sampling rate. It is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 SoC paired with Adreno 650 GPU, up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM, and 256GB expandable UFS 3.0 storage.
Xiaomi recently released the latest Mi 10S. Now, the company has officially released the first software update for Mi 10S smartphone users in China. According to the information, this update brings some system optimizations as well as improved system stability. Also, this update based on Android 11.
As per the report, the latest software update carries firmware version V12.0.7.0.RGACNXM for Mi 10S and weighs 3.8/5GB in China.
